Illinois attorney general sides with Winnetka in Open Meetings Act dispute related to lakefront land controversy

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul ruled in favor of the Village of Winnetka after complaints were filed stating the Village Council had violated the Open Meetings Act during discussions about properties owned by billionaire resident Justin Ishbia.
